At Symbys, we work hard to process and ship your order quickly so you can get back to what matters most.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During holidays, product launches, or peak harvest season, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Available shipping options may vary depending on your location.


Free Shipping

We proudly offer:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on eligible retail orders of $90 or more (within the contiguous United States).
  • FREE Shipping on all Chikamasa scissors (contiguous U.S. only).

If multiple items are ordered together, your order may ship in separate packages depending on inventory availability.


Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories

Shipping rates to:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Territories

are calculated separately due to increased carrier costs and may not qualify for free shipping promotions.


Commercial Equipment & Oversized Orders

Commercial vacuum sealers and oversized products may require special packaging and may incur additional shipping charges.

These items may ship separately from the rest of your order.

If additional freight charges apply, our team will contact you before processing your shipment.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may ship using LTL freight or multiple packages depending on order size.

Our team will determine the most efficient shipping method and provide tracking information once your order has shipped.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your package has shipped.

Typical transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Based on the carrier selected during checkout

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Symbys is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Other events beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • If the order has not shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package appears lost or stolen:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check around your delivery location.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier.
  4. Reach out to our customer service team if additional assistance is needed.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 5 business days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label

We'll review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may be limited.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.
